We’re going in December and we already have in mind the holidays. Come family gatherings, gifts, holidays, cold lunch and dinner hours.
Therefore, we decided to bring this recipe today, a look second to none and a unique taste. We hope you enjoy and include it in your Christmas menu.
Ingredients:
180 gr. Ancavico clean monkfish
1 red prawm
1 crab
1 mussel Ancavico
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon onion
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 dl. white wine
chive
1 dl. olive oil
salt
Preparation:
1. For the monkfish: gilded in a pan with some oil and put it in the oven for 6 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. To the red prawm: we clean and gilded on the plate.
3. For the mussels: mussels steamed open and reserved half shell.
4. For the cream of crab, fry the onion and garlic finely chopped, add the chopped crab and gilded. Pour the white wine and let reduce. Once you add 1 small glass of water and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Then grind the mixture in a blender and pass through the strainer. Put it back into the fire and thicken with cornstarch.
5. For the onion, chop the chives over getting small earrings, mix it with oil.
